What better time to reflect on the beauty and uncertainty of change than the advent of Autumn?
Join us as we continue our "Inspired Journaling" series, using both written and visual stimuli to make discoveries and frame our world with words. This session will explore elements of stillness we may borrow from Summer as we enter the world of Autumn, swept up in winds of change.
This class is for all those 16 and over who wish to continue or cultivate a personal practice of journaling – no experience required. Our focus will be on reflective, expressive journaling, whatever that looks like for each of us. We will put our philosophy into practice during the session, as well as plan for continuing the process once we leave.

Each workshop is hosted in the Belle & Union San Antonio shop and studio, unless otherwise noted. Space is limited for each workshop, and seats are sold on a first come, first served basis. All workshop sales are final and non-refundable.
