This session will explore elements of stillness we may borrow from Summer as we enter the world of Autumn, swept up in winds of change. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis class is for all those 16 and over who wish to continue or cultivate a personal practice of journaling – no experience required. Our focus will be on reflective, expressive journaling, whatever that looks like for each of us.
